From a technical point of view: All the aspects of this picture fit well with each other. Washed out color scheme fits well to somewhat bleak and apocalyptic surroundings. The texture and the wells makes for a natural frame of the model. Diagonal of the picture takes the main spot in the composition -- a dress falling down onto the rubbish follows it almost perfectly. One thing I am not sure about is a piece of wall on the right hand side of the window which overlays with the legs.
Emotionally speaking, I am still trying t understand the meaning of a window laying down on the ground (presumably) knocked out by the person portrayed in anger or in desperation. She does look like she has just come from a particularly unsuccessful wedding and the contrast of her festive dress and a dirty environment could suggest that what we are seeing is a representation of how the portrayed person feels - inadequate, saddened and out of place.
